- Ensure content strategy supports brand goals and drives engagement across platforms
- Manage and protect the brand’s reputation across all platforms by actively engaging with followers and responding to feedback
- Capture high-quality videos and photos of jewellery pieces for promotions and listings
- Edit videos and photos to meet brand standards and aesthetics
- Develop and post content across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content to stay relevant and engaging
- Write a weekly newsletter featuring a different selection of items and a unique theme each week
- Ensure newsletters are visually engaging and aligned with current promotions
- Track content performance metrics and use data to refine and optimise content strategies for future posts
