- Social Networking: Build alliances by connecting with authoritative individuals and brands in the industry.
- Social Listening: Manage customer service and reputation through proactive monitoring and responsive engagement.
- Social Selling: Target BIM students at universities for user generation and focus on lead/sales generation by targeting students on work placements.
- YouTube Brand Storytelling: Use videos to shape the brand persona, emphasising helpfulness and user-friendly product experiences.
- YouTube Social Influencing: Strengthen authority with AEC Professionals, BIM Students/Teachers, and Developer prospects through educational videos and success stories.
- Email Marketing: Develop and monitor diverse email marketing campaigns for effective outreach.
